Technical Theatre

17/1/18

Today in technical theatre we began the lesson by talking about legal/illegal requirements and issues to do with filming in public. We were told that nearly everything in London is private property, from parks to buses. This means that if we were to want to film a scene at a bus stop we would have to get permission from TFL themselves which will probably end up in us having to pay a certain amount of money to them. We were then given comic strips which the students had to fill in. We decided on the Arctic Monkeys song Mardy Bum. The story line that we drew up would be a couple arguing and then during the argument the guy has a flash back to when they were a healthy couple having a good time which then goes into a scene of him being late for the train. We then went to St Pancreas station and picked places around that area to go to in our video. We then got back to college and told the teacher and she would verify it.
